Disaster Relief Hot Foods Trailer
The Hutchinson District Hot Foods Trailer is a 24-foot concession trailer equipped to arrive in a disaster area and be totally self-sufficient. It has heating and air conditioning, a refrigerator, freezer, stove/oven, microwave, three-bay sink, counters and two serving windows with awnings. A smaller (16-foot), support trailer carries the generator, fresh and gray water tanks, fuel, tables, chairs, coolers and other items needed for the trailer's operation.
