2010 Kansas West Annual Conference
The Kansas West Annual Conference will meet from May 26-28 at the Bicentennial Center in Salina. The theme will be "Go Light Your World" and is based on the "Excite through intentional faith-sharing" portion of the conference vision statement.

Ministries invited to provide videos for conference
Conference ministries are invited to submit a 60-second to 2-minute video of their ministries to be shown at annual conference. Videos received by April 1 will be compiled on a DVD to be distributed to churches at Annual Conference. Videos received by May 1 will be shown at annual conference but will not be included on the DVD. Guidelines for submitting videos are available by contacting Beverly Fanestil in the Area Communications Office, bfanestil@kswestumc.org or 866-915-3638.

Organizations that do not have resources to create their own videos may submit photos and a draft script for a slide show to the Communications Office by March 1. Prior arrangements must be made with the Area Communications Office. Contact Lisa Elliott Diehl at Ldiehl@kswestumc.org or 866-915-3638 to make arrangements.
