Center Hours:
Mondays 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Thursdays 8 a.m. to noon 

The catalog is now online! Not all items may actually be available, but they are either on order or waiting to be processed.

Since the May 19 fire, we have been working out of temporary offices, which do not facilitate housing the Kansas Area Resource Center collection.  All items are housed off-site, and travel is involved in retrieving items to be sent out to clients.  For that reason resources will only be shipped on Tuesdays until further notice. Therefore, be sure to make requests by NOON on Monday for a resource to ship on Tuesday. This allows time for processing and traveling off-site to pick up the items requested.

There are some brand new items ordered in the “Deeper Connections” series, and many of the popular Beth Moore Bible studies have been replaced. The curriculum section is growing with the addition of several new youth resources.

Lenten resources have been arriving and are being processed.  Several have already been reserved for churches.  Check the online catalog to see what resources are possibly available for your church to use.

To order a resource, use the online request form, call the center at 800-745-2350 or 316-684-0266 or send an e-mail to karc@kswestumc.org. Include the item number of the resource needed AND the dates the resource is to be used.

Return resources by using the bags and tags provided. Mail the bags to KARC, 9440 E. Boston Suite 120, Wichita, KS 67207.

Do NOT use the drop box at the conference office as there is currently no one located there.
