2010 Annual Election/Open Enrollment Period
Important HealthFlex Updates for 2010
HealthFlex 2010 Annual Election will be November 4–19, 2009.
During Annual Election, you can:
• make flexible spending account (FSA) elections for 2010—actively working participants can elect a medical reimbursement account (MRA) and/or dependent care account (DCA),
• view revised prescription drug plan co-payment amounts,
• view 2010 medical plan details, and
• enroll in HealthFlex if you’re not currently a HealthFlex participant. Contact your plan sponsor or benefits officer to enroll.
Even if you’re not making elections this year, the Annual Election period is a perfect time to review your HealthFlex benefits.

2. Click on “HealthFlex/WebMD” or “2010 Annual Election.”
3. Enter your username and password.
4. On the HealthFlex/WebMD Web site, select “Plan Elections and Information” in the left column.
5. Then select a link under “Documents” for more information about plans offered by your conference or employer, including benefits summaries for medical, prescription drugs, dental (if available through your plan sponsor), vision and behavioral health plans. You’ll also find guidelines about FSAs.

Annual Election Details are Online
Details about 2010 HealthFlex benefits and instructions for Annual Election are online at www.gbophb.org. Click on “HealthFlex/WebMD” or “2010 Annual Election” and then log in.
If you see a prompt for a personal identification number (PIN), refer to the letter you received recently from WebMD. Don’t have the letter? Then call the Health Team at 1-800-851-2201 as soon as possible. Don’t delay; you’ll need the PIN to complete your annual elections November 4–19, 2009. (If you entered the PIN previously, you will not see the prompt.)
If you don’t have Internet access through your home, work, church or library, contact your plan sponsor or benefits officer for assistance.
The annual election period for the 2010 plan year begins November 4, 2009 and ends at 10:59 p.m., November 19, 2009. Annual election participant packets will be mailed November 3. Those currently enrolled in HealthFlex who wish to create or renew a Flexible Spending Account for 2010 must make their elections during the annual election period.
