Understanding HealthFlex's Prescription Drug Plan - 2010 Health Flex has partnered with Medco to establish a dedicated customer service call center to help HealthFlex participants understand details about their 2010 prescription drug coverage. This special customer service unit will be available November 4 (the start of 2010 HealthFlex Annual election) through December 31, 2009. (Remember: Annual Election ends November 19.) Medco customer service representatives can answer the following types of questions:
Important: If you are trying to calculate your estimated 2010 out-of-pocket expenses for the Medical Reimbrsement Account (MRA), you must make this election before the Annual Election period ends (November 19). How to contact special Medco service Call toll-free: 1-800-841-2806 Press "1" for Annual Election questions. Press "0" for other customer service inquiries. You will need to provide the customer service representative with the following information:
*Retail Refill Allowance: For a medication that is subject to the Retail Refill Allownace (RRA), the participant can obtain only the first three fills at the retail pharmacy. After the first three fills, the prescription must be purchased through Medco by Mail to ensure the maximum benefit. |
