The Kansas East and West conferences face some important and interesting choices during the next several years. Bishop Scott Jones said he believes God has a great future ahead of United Methodists in Kansas, and he would like to share those ideas with the laity of Kansas on where we are in following that vision. At the same time, Bishop Jones said he wants to hear about the hopes, dreams and concerns God has placed upon the hearts of laity across the state.
"Your perspective is important, and I want to be in conversation with you about the future of the United Methodist Church in Kansas," Jones said.
There will be two conversations in each conference between Jan. 22 and Jan. 29. This event will be live-streamed for those who are unable to attend a live event.
