FT Youth Worker - Salina Church of the Cross

Salina Church of the Cross is seeking a Full-time Youth Worker

Current Program:  We have around 30 -45 kids in two programs, Sr. & Jr. The Jr.s. meet on Wednesday evenings, Sr.'s on Sunday afternoons. We have a full program with Mission projects around Salina, a Mission Trip in Summer, School activities and others.

Church Mission Statement:  Church of the Cross is a caring community reaching out to transform lives through Knowing, Loving and Serving God.

Other Information:  This is a staff position which requires meeting and working with others on a regular basis. Our focus is for every part of the church to coordinate with the same focus, (e.i., we do a Mission week the last week of April which ties all members to some form of mission outreach in the community. Sermons, studies all focus on this ministry.)
